We’re seeking ambitious entry-level talent to join our Banking & Financial Services team in Manhattan, an elite group consistently trusted by hedge funds and asset managers for top-tier talent solutions.

The Opportunity

This is a structured, Academy-led entry point into recruitment , designed to develop the next generation of market experts. Through robust onboarding, mentorship, and in-house Learning & Development support, you will gain deep exposure to the buy-side market , building the skills to identify, engage, and advise high-calibre talent.

Initially, you’ll focus on 180° recruitment ; the research and candidate side, including:

• Market mapping, talent research, and competitor analysis
• Leveraging technology and recruitment tools to maximise impact
• Sourcing, approaching, and engaging highly qualified financial professionals
• Conducting candidate assessments and interviews
• Supporting senior consultants on high-value client projects
• Learning relationship management, talent advisory, and consultative recruitment

After mastering these foundations, you can chart your own career path , continuing as a senior Recruitment Researcher or, progressing into a 360° Consultant role with client engagement and business development responsibilities.

Your Profile
