MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF TUBE FILLING LINE OPERATING EXPERIENCE
Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Tube Filling Line Operator for a food manufacturing facility in Fullerton, CA.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm. Must be available to start as early as 5:00am.
Requirements for the Tube Filling Line Operator:
• Minimum of one (1) year of recent line operating experience, preferably on a tube filling line.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and E-Verify.
• Prior experience in roles such as Machine Operator, Line Lead, Production Worker, or Food Manufacturing Technician is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Tube Filling Line Operator:
• Efficiently operate all machines within the production line, with primary responsibility for the tube filling machine.
• Report all machine breakdowns or malfunctions to the expeditor and maintenance team, and assist in facilitating repairs.
• Read and interpret machine manuals and instructions.
• Follow all food safety, occupational safety, and GMP requirements.
• Clean the line, lead changeovers, and assist packers with task distribution during start-up, changeovers, shutdowns, and line clearance.
• Maintain a positive work environment and notify supervisors of performance concerns.
• Learn and operate additional machines during seasonal workload changes.
• Perform in-line checks for fill accuracy, packaging, and seal integrity.
• Complete required documentation and ensure accuracy of lot codes and expiration dates.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
