Title: RN-Case Manager -Home Health & Hospice
Location: Barre, Vermont
Duration: 20 Weeks
Schedule: 4X10 (40 Hours) Days
Travel Weekly Gross: $3000/Week
Hourly Blended Pay Rate: $75/hour
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- RN Compact license and BLS. Oasis Experience is needed
