Role Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist / Lathe Operator to join our team on a full-time basis. This on-site role is located in New London County, CT. In this position, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC turning centers (Y axis lathes, Swiss, 9 axis mill-turn) to manufacture high-quality custom fishing products. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings, programming machinery, performing regular maintenance, and ensuring precision in every piece. You will play a critical role in maintaining the quality standards that define Winthrop Tackle.
