Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Paralegal to support transactional real estate matters. This role is strictly commercial-no residential files. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling complex commercial real estate transactions from start to finish. This position is located in Andover, MA and will be fully onsite to start.

Responsibilities

• 
  Support attorneys in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and refinances
• 
  Conduct and analyze commercial title searches and review title commitments, exceptions, and endorsements
• 
  Prepare and manage refinance transaction materials (excluding loan document drafting or processing)
• 
  Review surveys, zoning reports, estoppels, and related due diligence materials
• 
  Coordinate with title companies, lenders, surveyors, and other third parties
• 
  Track transaction timelines and ensure all closing conditions are satisfied
• 
  Draft and organize transactional documents, checklists, and closing binders
• 
  Maintain accurate electronic and physical files in accordance with firm procedures
• 
  Assist with post-closing documentation and recordation follow-up

Qualifications

• 
  3+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience (required)
• 
  Strong understanding of commercial title and transactional processes
• 
  Experience with commercial refinances and due diligence coordination
• 
  Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• 
  Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
• 
  Strong communication and follow-up skills
