Role Overview

As a Commercial Roofing Estimator, you will play a key role in the project planning and bidding process. You'll be responsible for evaluating project specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural plans, specifications, and site conditions to prepare detailed estimates.
• Conduct site visits to assess project scope and requirements.
• Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals.
• Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to align estimates with client expectations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of roofing materials, labor costs, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial roofing estimation (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and construction practices.
• Proficiency in estimation software, Edge experience required.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
