We are looking for a talented and experienced Computer Programmer / Software Developer to join our dynamic team.

You will design, develop, test, and maintain in-house software applications in C# and will be responsible for creating a variety of reports accessing data from different relational databases (incl. SQL Server, Access and DB2) to support AutoCAD drafters and designers as well as management and support personnel. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, Power BI, a deep understanding of C# programming principles, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Visual Basic.Net, VBA and Lisp are desirable as you will be tasked with modernizing and rebuilding legacy systems. Experience with legacy conversions are a plus.
Candidate should demonstrate an interest in and willingness to use and increase their knowledge of AI systems and techniques. Please be prepared to demonstrate your competence in AI and Power BI
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy new features in our in-house software application using the C# programming language.
- Create, modify, and maintain existing and on-demand reports.
- Test, debug and resolve software issues promptly.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Be familiar with interacting with databases, including the use of SQL (Structured Query Language) to create and query tables.
- Work closely with management and other developers to ensure accurate assessment of requirements to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software applications, including technical specifications and user manuals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to C# programming.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- One year experience as a C# programmer.
- Proficient in C# and .NET framework.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with software development tools, data analytics pipelines, and debugging tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
