Robert Half's retail client is looking for Digital Designer for a Contract-to-Hire opportunity! Looking for someone who is strong in digital design, working in WordPress.

Schedule: Onsite 5 days/week in Bergen County NJ

About the Role

Looking for a Digital Designer to join our dynamic marketing team during an exciting brand evolution. This role is perfect for a proactive designer with strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset. You’ll collaborate with marketing managers, project managers, video production, social media, and our lead designer to create impactful designs for both B2B and consumer audiences.

What You’ll Do

• WordPress for website updates and landing pages
• Design graphics and layouts for print and digital applications, including brochures, flyers, banners, and landing pages.
• Create packaging designs, logos, iconography, and mockups.
• Develop environmental graphics for trade shows and events.
• Manage in-house printing for signage and marketing materials.
• Maintain and update the website, including product uploads and campaign landing pages.
• Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns and assist with ad hoc projects.
• Ensure brand consistency while exploring creative ways to keep designs fresh and competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience in marketing environments.
• Strong understanding of marketing campaigns and execution.
• Experience with WordPress for website updates and landing pages.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); AfterEffects and Dreamweaver are a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or similar.
