Job Opening: Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Location: Cleveland, Tennessee (City Limits)

Avalibility: Monday through Friday 2p-10p

Neighbor Links is seekining a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to jo our team in Cleveland, TN. This position plays a vital role in supporting individuals in a residential setting by assisting with daily living needs, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and promoting independence and community involvement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and general home organization
• Provide transportation to and from employment and community activities
• Maintain daily documentation of services provided and progress notes
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals and fostering independence
• Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive living environment

Requirements:

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (required)
• Drug-free and able to pass a criminal background and drug screenings
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and able to consistently walk up and down stairs
• Reliable, responsible, and compassionate with strong communication skills
• Completion of all required training (provided upon hire)

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time and part-time positions available
