This is a hands-on role for someone organized, data-driven, and eager to scale a fast-growing eCommerce brand through cohesive, high-performing campaigns.

A portfolio is strongly preferred — we prioritize candidates who can show their work, but applications without one will still be considered.

  • Analyze performance to identify key insights and next steps.

Affiliate Marketing

  • Identify and manage influencers, creators, and partners aligned with Weeday’s audience.
  • Handle outreach, negotiations, content approvals, and coordination.
  • Maintain long-term partnerships to strengthen brand advocacy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and social teams for campaign alignment.
  • Track and optimize affiliate performance for growth and ROI.

What You Bring

  • 1–2+ years in email or affiliate marketing (ideally eCommerce/lifestyle).
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo (or similar ESP); strong grasp of automation and segmentation.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Basic design ability in Figma or Canva .
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Collaborative and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $25/hr - $27/hr
  • Comprehensive health insurance
  • PTO accrual
  • Employee discounts on products
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Opportunities for career growth and development
