SAFETY COORDINATOR

High Point, NC | Full-Time | Manufacturing / Construction Environment

At EAS, safety isn’t a requirement — it’s a culture. As our Safety Coordinator, you’ll lead proactive safety initiatives while partnering directly with operations to ensure every employee goes home safe, every day.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct daily safety inspections and partner with supervisors to correct hazards in real-time
• Support high-risk work activities (HRW) with planning, permit compliance, and PPE oversight
• Lead onboarding safety orientations, toolbox talks, and regulatory training
• Drive continuous improvement in safety documentation, reporting, and incident prevention
• Engage employees through coaching and positive reinforcement of safe behaviors

What You Bring

• Strong understanding of OSHA standards and industrial safety best practices
• Ability to build trusting relationships on the shop floor
• Confidence in leading training and influencing safe work practices
• Preferred: OSHA 30, experience in construction or manufacturing safety
