The Events Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events. This position requires strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a proactive attitude. You will collaborate closely with our Events Team to ensure every detail is executed smoothly, from early preparation to event completion.
Responsibilities
Assist with event planning, scheduling, logistics, and on-site coordination.
Support the preparation of event materials, layouts, timelines, and vendor arrangements.
Help maintain communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure all details are finalized accurately.
Participate in event setup and breakdown, ensuring the environment is organized and polished.
Monitor event needs throughout execution and provide support to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain reports, documentation, and updates related to each event.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when required for events.
