You have deep knowledge of the fashion industry and are constantly up to date with new trends to maintain the integrity and success of the business. What You'll Do:
  • Responsible for management of all Fashion Office samples across all product categories throughout all four brands: Michael Michael Kors, Michael Kors Men's Michael Kors Collection, Michael Kors Kids
  • Maintain organization of Fashion Office closet and digital database of all samples that includes current location of samples, estimate return status, future needs, etc.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on sample pass off dates for all Fashion Office photoshoots, return status, and sample conditions
  • Operate as the liaison between FO, PR, Marketing, Production, Creative, Buying, Sales, and Design for any and all product needs necessary. Manage sample sharing requests between all teams
  • Responsible for stocking the Fashion Office closet with all necessary photoshoot supplies
  • Manage organization of the prop kit before and after each photoshoot to ensure all necessary supplies are re-stocked
  • Responsible for ensuring all product is sent via messenger to various locations for Fashion Office photoshoots
  • Manage all postproduction needs by providing swatches and samples as needed
  • Responsible for managing flow of product in and out of Fashion Office pre and post photoshoot, archiving old seasons, and merchandising new seasons in the fashion closet
  • Assist with the Ecommerce shoot process by managing product for Still Life shoots and supporting on set FO team for active RTW Ecomm shoot days and style outs
  • Set up and merchandise style out spaces for senior leadership and outside stylists
  • You'll Need to Have:
    • Strong internship experience or 1 year experience in fashion industry
    • Bachelors Degree
    • Knowledgeable on current and future industry trend forecasts
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • Strong verbal communication skills
    • Ability to think and work strategically; able to foresee opportunities and plan with foresight
    • Resourceful, solution oriented
    • Highly organized, motivated, self-starter
    • Resilient, able to work under well under pressure
    • Comfortable with working early and after hours as needed, light manual labor
