The RoleAs a Staff Frontend Engineer (Innovations), you’ll:Lead the design and development of new web and mobile products (React, React Native, TypeScript).Work closely with PMs, designers, and backend engineers to craft world-class user experiences.Rapidly test and iterate on new product ideas that will define the company’s next growth phase.Own architecture, mentor engineers, and elevate frontend standards company-wide.Operate in a true startup environment—fast, collaborative, and high-ownership.
Who You Are3+ years of frontend experience with React, React Native, and exposure to Kotlin/Swift.Proven experience shipping scalable, high-performance web/mobile applications.Strong with modern tooling (TypeScript, CI/CD, state management).Thrive in fast-moving environments, value deep collaboration, and take pride in high-quality design.Motivated by impact - and excited to be part of a product that directly improves lives.
