As part of the A. Stucki Company family, Wheelworx plays a key role in keeping the rail industry rolling by reconditioning railcar wheels and axles used throughout North America. We’re looking for hardworking, dependable General Laborers who want to work with their hands, build valuable skills, and be part of a team that values quality and safety every day.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform repetitive lifting of 50 lbs or greater throughout the shift.
• Use hand and power tools for grinding and cleaning metal parts.
• Torque bolts to specified requirements using proper tools.
• Palletize, stack, and organize products in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and follow all safety protocols.
• Assist in general warehouse and production operations as needed.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team to meet production goals.

Skills/Experience Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects repeatedly.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with tools such as grinders and torque wrenches are a plus.
• Must follow all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
• Dependability and strong work ethic required.

Pay: $16.00 per hour plus an extra $3.00 per hour in monthly bonus incentives based on attendance, safety, and total hours worked.

Open Schedule:

• 1st shift: Monday – Friday, 7am-3:30pm.
