Job Overview :

Our client is seeking an innovative and creative Industrial designer to design and develop innovative new products that meet design, marketing, and management objectives in the infant and toddler feeding categories/kitchen appliance categories.

Responsibilities:

• Research and review new products and ideas.
• Prepare sketches and detailed drawings of potential concepts.
• Prepare presentations for review of product design concepts.
• Create detailed 3-D CAD models using Solidworks or Pro-e.
• Test product prototypes & provide feedback for next stages of development.
• Prepare product descriptions & specifications required for turnover of final product designs for manufacturing.
• Communication with HK office to provide comments and facilitate development.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree B.S.I.D
• 3+ years experience in Product Design & Development.
• Strong creative, artistic, and aesthetic skills, and the ability to integrate those with functional utility to product needs.
• 2 to 5 years’ Experience with CAD and computer environment. (Solidworks, Pro-e, AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Basic Word Processing software)
• Strong thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and take products from initial concept through production.
• Ability to work as a Team Member across departments.
