Phelon & Moore, a historic British motorcycle brand reborn globally, is looking for a Junior Accountant & Administrative Assistant to support our Miami HQ. This role combines accounting, purchasing, ERP support, and administrative coordination.
Responsibilities
• Accounts payable/receivable, invoice issuance, vendor payments.
• Purchasing coordination with global suppliers.
• Support ERP implementation (Odoo or similar).
• Maintain financial records and assist with monthly close.
• Administrative support for the Miami office and executive team.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting (required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting/finance roles.
• Fluent in English & Spanish.
• Strong Excel and organizational skills.
• Experience with ERPs and QuickBooks (plus).
