Landscape Laborer. 5 temporary, full-time positions. April 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026. Classical Outdoor Services, LLC located at 27561 Schoolcraft Rd., Livonia, MI 48150. Email resume to: Lthomas@infinityhomescorp.com .Duties include: Work outdoors to maintain and improve landscape features by trimming/removing trees and bushes, pulling weeds, applying mulch, topsoil, rocks, and digging holes for planting flowers, trees and bushes. Install flowers, plants, and bushes in the dug holes Prepare the grade, cut, and lay sod. Care for the plants by watering, mowing grass, trimming, and pruning trees and bushes. Perform routine maintenance on lawn equipment such as cleaning the equipment daily, sharpening blades, and changing fluids. Follow the preset plan and scope of work for each property laid out by the Landscape Foreman. Ensure that you are only using equipment that you are authorized to and storing properly at the end of the day. May assist in snow removal duties using snow plows, shovels and salt spreaders. Employee should expect be prepared to start work based on weather conditions of when snow or icy conditions start regardless of time of day. 40 hours per week. Mon-Sat, 8-hour workday. Shifts vary. OT hours may be required. Schedule may vary due to weather conditions. No minimum education required.3 months of experience is required. Pre-employment drug testing and criminal background check required. Daily transportation provided by employer to worksites.Work will be performed in the following counties: Wayne, Oakland, Washtenaw, Monroe and Livingston. Wage: $21.00/hr.OT: $31.50/hr. Workers paid biweekly. In accordance with applicable Michigan state law, Earned Sick Time Act 338, employers are required to provide earned sick time to their employees. The amount of paid sick leave provided may vary depending on the size of the business.

On the job training provided. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation, at the company's sole discretion, based on individual factors including work performance, skill and tenure. Single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for workers' reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence provided at a rate of at least $16.28/day during travel to a maximum of $68/day with receipts/documentation of actual expenses. H2B Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job, and guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12 week period of total employment period.
