URGENTLY HIRING: Lead Carpenter - Residential Remodeling

Location: Monaca, PA (Onsite)

Compensation: $50K-$78K per year (DOE + Bonus Opportunities)

Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

Lead carpentry crews on deck, basement, bathroom, and roofing projects
Oversee craftsmanship, safety protocols, and on-time project completion
Collaborate with inspectors, designers, engineers, and clients throughout each project
Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to ensure productivity, organization, and high-quality work

Minimum Requirements

Demonstrated experience supervising construction or carpentry crews
Strong understanding of residential construction practices, tools, and materials
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
Must reside within 45 minutes of Monaca, PA
Willing to complete a background check and drug screening

Compensation & Schedule

Earnings: $50K-$78K per year (DOE + bonus opportunities)
Benefits: Paid time off, training and development, future company vehicle eligibility
Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (optional weekend work available)
