Duration: 06 Months Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Professional to support high-complexity testing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform specimen handling, processing, testing, and reporting in accordance with laboratory SOPs.
• Analyze specimens using approved testing procedures and release accurate test results.
• Maintain complete and accurate testing records, including proficiency testing documentation.
• Adhere to CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and laboratory safety and quality standards.
• Perform and document quality control activities, calibrations, maintenance, and corrective actions.
• Identify and resolve testing issues or escalate concerns to senior technologists or supervisors.
• Report STAT and critical results per departmental procedures.
• Maintain reagent labeling, inventory accuracy, and department organization.
• Participate in training, safety programs, inspections, and implementation of new procedures.
• Support internal teams and respond to client inquiries as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
