Digital Marketing & Partnerships Specialist

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Contract Length: 2-3 months

LHH is partnering with a leading organization to find a Digital Marketing & Partnerships Specialist for a contract opportunity. This role is ideal for a creative, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing digital campaigns and partnership activations to life.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, and partnership management — with a passion for driving engagement and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital campaign ideation and placement in collaboration with internal content and strategy teams
• Oversee brand ad trafficking, content publishing, and asset management across digital platforms
• Execute and fulfill interactive activations as they are pushed to the website and mobile apps.
• Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to develop and activate digital promotions and partnership content
• Track campaign performance, monitor fulfillment, and support reporting and analytics efforts
• Collaborate with product marketing and fan engagement teams to support promotional initiatives that drive visibility and conversion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, partnerships, or campaign management.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, content publishing tools, and performance analytics
• Experience managing vendor relationships
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail (Monday.com)
• Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with promotional campaigns, fan engagement, or partnership marketing is a plus

Pay Details: $30.00 - 35.00 per hour

This position is contract and onsite in Phoenix, AZ.
