Community hospital looking to bring on Pharmacy Manager! Sign On Bonus! Full relocation!
- Experience: 2–3 years of current acute care hospital experience is required.
- Leadership: Lead, Supervisor, or Manager-level experience is preferred.
- Location: Must be open to relocation or live within a 45-minute drive, as availability is required if incident command is activated.
- Team: This role oversees a total of 12 staff members.
- Responsibilities: Some bench work will be expected—intermittent, but we’re looking for a strong team player.
- Reporting Structure: Reports to the Multi-Site Director, with a dotted line to the CMO.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of Title 22 is required.
- Technical Expertise: Experience or knowledge in sterile compounding is preferred.
