Job Description

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Printing and Mail Clerk to join our team in Miami Gardens, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for managing printing, copying, scanning, and mailroom operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output. Responsibilities: + Operate and maintain digital and color printing equipment to produce high-quality print, copy, and scan projects. + Prepare, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and interoffice correspondence. + Perform finishing and bindery tasks such as collating, stapling, and labeling printed materials. + Manage supply levels for paper, toner, and other printing and mailroom materials; reorder as needed. + Track and log shipments using postal meters or courier systems. + Coordinate and prioritize print and mail requests to meet deadlines and service standards. + Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting and coordinate service calls when needed. + Support administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion of daily assignments. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe print and mail area in compliance with company policies. + Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and service quality. Requirements Requirements: + High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training preferred. + 1-2 years of experience in a print shop, mailroom, or office support environment. + Familiarity with operating digital and color copiers, printers, and scanning equipment. + Basic understanding of postal regulations and mail handling procedures. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. + Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment. + Ability to lift and move packages, paper boxes, and mail trays up to 40 lbs. + Excellent communication and customer service skills. + Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
