Job Description

Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our client in searching for a Copy Center Associate (temporary 5+ months) to join our Office Services team in Philadelphia PA (Center City - Market Street West. In this role, you will be responsible for operating copy center and other office administrative duties.

Starting Salary: $18-$19 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities

• Operate various copy center equipment, including copiers, printers, and binding machines, ensuring quality output.
• Handle shipping related tasks.
• Maintain an organized workspace by stocking supplies and ensuring that all equipment is clean and operational.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
• Provide support to team members as needed to ensure smooth operations within the Office Services department.

Experience required

• Previous experience handling copying and and related equipment.
• MS Office skills.
• High school diploma.
