Do you have experience with leading project teams, implementing lean principles and are looking for a role with long term progression into senior leadership? Are you looking to be the go -to-technical expert heading up multi-site process improvement for an entire region?
On offer is a position where you will take the technical lead, spearheading process improvement projects and being a well-respected, highly valued member of the team. Given that you will be working closely with all levels and departments of the organization, you will be in pole position to make the next step into a production manager and director-level position in future.

In this position you will lead cross-functional teams spanning every department in the business, supporting both American and Canadian facilities, and generating immense value for the wider organization through lean process and leading improvement projects.
This role would suit an engineer with experience in leading project teams and lean process improvement, eager to find a role with clear cut progression to senior leadership.
