Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project & Customer Account Coordinator located in our office in Wall, NJ. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, coordinating with the project team, and ensuring the timely delivery of products and services. The role requires quick and clear communication and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary. Additionally, the Coordinator will be involved in building custom online stores, processing and ordering blank goods, and creating work orders to ensure smooth flow processing.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in project management or coordination is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
