Pediatric outpatient and inpatient role
Travel offered, pending location | Pediatric experience required
Weekdays with potential weekend rotations

Clinical duties only Working in Sacramento, CA, you'll be surrounded by the city's rich history, cultural attractions, and outdoor recreational opportunities, with the scenic American River Bike Trail and Old Sacramento waterfront just a stone's throw away. This role involves outpatient counseling for a pediatric population Key Duties - Provide personalized nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy for various medical conditions
- Assess and provide recommendations for pediatric patients
- Utilize behavior modification strategies and techniques to optimal nutrition counseling
- Evaluate achievement of learning objectives and provide appropriate treatment plan in accordance with patient goals
- Utilize nutrition-related information systems and/or patient medical record systems to successfully document recommendations and progress
- Demonstrates accountability for the proper use of patients’ protected health information
- Ability to perform work independently with minimal training
Required Licenses/Certifications - Current Registered Dietitian credentialed by CDR
