Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Broker located in Spartanburg, SC. The Restaurant Broker will be responsible for identifying potential restaurant buyers and sellers, managing the sales process, conducting business valuations, and negotiating agreements to successfully close deals. The role involves analyzing financial documents, developing marketing strategies for listings, and delivering expert industry guidance. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and franchise partners will be a critical part of the job.

Qualifications

  • Sales expertise and negotiation skills for managing client relationships and closing deals
  • Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to evaluate business valuations and review financial statements
  • Marketing skills, including experience in developing marketing strategies and promoting listings
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
  • Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
  • A demonstrated understanding of or experience in the restaurant or food service industry is highly beneficial
  • Enthusiasm for building relationships and a customer-focused approach
