Restaurant / Entertainment Manager

As a Restaurant / Entertainment Manager, you’ll lead daily operations, develop your team, and keep the energy high across bowling, arcade, and Food & Beverage.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding guest service every shift
• Support or step in for the General Manager
• Recruit, train, and motivate hourly team members
• Manage and grow Food & Beverage sales
• Execute local marketing and event initiatives
• Work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)

What You Bring

• 2+ years of management experience (restaurant, bar, or hospitality)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for guest service and team development
• POS and operations experience preferred
• Desire to grow into a General Manager role

Work Environment

Active, fast-paced setting where you’ll be on your feet and engaged with guests and team members all day.
