The Opportunity

The Marketing team at Qualified is looking for a seasoned pro to fill the role of a Senior Web Designer. This position is perfect for a design professional who is passionate about designing best in class websites, landing pages, event registration pages, and microsites. We are looking for a rockstar who can help design our most valuable marketing platform – our website. 

Qualified Creative Team

Sitting on our talented design team and reporting to the Web Creative Director, the ideal candidate has diverse experience designing a range of web properties, a strong eye for detail, and a proficient understanding on how “websites work”. 

We seek people who enjoy challenging problems, empower others to thrive, have a spirit that demands success — and like to have fun along the way! We are a fast-paced collaborative team, and our ideal candidate has an appetite to “fill in where needed” on occasion with other web, blog, email, and social media design projects. 

Knowledge & Skills Required:  

• Experienced knowledge of Web design, UX & UI.

• Strong visual design skills, with an eye for detail. 

• Four or more years designing websites within a team environment

• Experience designing responsive websites

• Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, etc

• Some basic knowledge of HTML & CSS, and Webflow.

• Familiarity with SAAS companies and lifecycle marketing approaches

• Experience in creating web animation & interactions

• Experience working with product marketers, creative teams, developers, and a solid understanding of the creative process.

• Proven track record working with teams across multiple departments (cross-functional
  groups a plus).

• Ability to communicate clearly

Responsibilities:

• An eye for detail. "Pixel perfect" Image optimization, Alt tags, SEO,  social share images etc.

• Expertise in design language

• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced team environment

• Able to communicate clearly, concisely and thoughtfully

• Bridge the gap between creative & strategic problem solving and web experience

• Design consistent experiences across our web properties

• Design & contribute to the buildout of new pages

• Support requests from other teams in updating the site’s content

• Ensure website consistency across all pages and other web properties

• Find areas of improvement and propose new and better solutions

Compensation

$125K – $140K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus
