Amergis Educational Staffing is partnering with schools in the Fall River area to hire Special Education Paraprofessionals for the 2025-2026 school year. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact in the classroom every day! Position Details + Location: Fall River, MA + Start Date: ASAP + Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-3:30 PM or 7:20 AM-2:30 PM (varies by school) + Duration: Full 2025-2026 School Year + Pay: Up to $25/hour (based on experience) What You'll Do + Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with diverse learning needs + Assist with academic instruction and classroom routines + Implement behavior support plans using ABA strategies + Collect and document behavioral and academic data + Support students with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges + Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure consistency and success What We're Looking For + At least 1 year of experience in ABA or Special Education + Familiarity with ABA principles (reinforcement, prompting, shaping) + Strong skills in data collection and behavior management + Ability to follow individualized behavior plans accurately + Patience, flexibility, and a calm approach in challenging situations + Willingness to assist across classrooms and work as part of a team Current Openings + High School - Autism & Special Education Focus - Support students with autism and other special needs by delivering differentiated instruction aligned with IEPs, promoting inclusion, and addressing academic and behavioral goals. + Elementary School - ABA Focus - Support Students with autism and other special needs utilizing principals of ABA, must have experience with applied behavior analysis Interested in learning more?
