This administrative position supports the tax department by tracking activities in Client Collaboration and runs reports to provide up-to-date snapshots of project progression throughout the tax processing life cycle. CCH software enables year-round collaboration with clients for secure data gathering and allows us to upload documents, track engagement status, review and deliver returns, obtain electronic signatures, and more. Firms and clients benefit from CCH Axcess Client Collaboration as it offers a more personalized collaboration hub and frictionless experience between firms and their clients. But the software is only as good as the operators that utilize it and put information into it.
Therefore, we need a tech savvy individual to be the primary manager of all things Client Collaboration. Prior tax admin experience or CCH experience is not required to excel in this role. The ideal candidate will be highly operational and able to use new technology with ease.
