Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented  Warehouse Associate  to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and processing orders while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Pick and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pack, label, and prepare shipments for UPS/FedEx and LTL carriers.
• Wrap pallets daily for outgoing shipments.
• Unload and load incoming and outgoing shipments using a manual pallet jack.
• Assist with container unloading as needed.
• Maintain organized records of production sheets, pull sheets, tags, and receivers.
• Ensure international shipments are signed off by a manager or lead.
• Keep pick areas and warehouse floors clean and organized (sweeping, breaking down boxes, etc.).
• Update the shipping board and attach BOLs to completed orders.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to resolve shipment issues.
• Learn and safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, reach truck, etc.).
• Weekly cycle counts
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (email proficiency a must).
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer literacy; ability to enter and search for information.
• Experience with  Macola ,  WorldShip , or  Starship  is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
