This can be an internship, part-time or full-time role depending.

Responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate active calendars
• Schedule and confirm meetings
• Ensure file and e-file organization based on office protocol
• Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
• Answer the phone any time the VP calls you

Qualifications

• Senior in College or Bachelor's degree
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Must be open to having an evening touch base and a couple hours on the weekend if we have a big project
• Must be ok working onsite
