Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Automotive Upholstery Technician specializing in Katzkin leather interior installations. This role is perfect for a true "vehicle restyling expert"—someone who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and loves the moment when a basic cloth interior is transformed into a luxury-grade leather cabin.

What You’ll Do

• Complete Interior Restyling: Remove factory cloth upholstery and expertly install Katzkin leather seat covers and headrests with showroom-level fit and finish.
• Luxury Upgrades: Install seat heating and cooling systems (Degreez), lumbar supports, and other comfort features as specified.
• Safety-First Craftsmanship: Precisely align side-impact airbag seams to ensure proper deployment and compliance with all safety standards.
• Quality Control: Deliver consistently high-quality work that meets both manufacturer specifications and customer expectations.

What You Bring

• Hands-On Experience: Proven background in automotive upholstery or leather interior installations. Katzkin installation experience is a strong plus.
• Technical Skillset: Confident using hog ring pliers (manual and pneumatic), ticking tools, steamers, and other upholstery equipment.
• Dependability & Drive: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced shop environment.
