Pay Range: $21 -$23/hour on W2
Category: Supply Chain – Distribution & Logistics
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Duration: Based on business needs (estimated 1,080 hours)
Core Responsibilities
1. Material Handling & Forklift Operation
o Safely operate forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
o Load/unload trailers and trucks with raw materials, finished goods, and waste.
o Move, stack, and stage inventory in designated warehouse areas, including high racks.
2. Order Fulfillment & Inventory
o Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
o Receive and unpack inbound materials.
o Use RF scanners for tracking and documentation of material movement.
o Maintain accurate inventory and follow stock management procedures.
3. Equipment Maintenance & Safety
o Conduct daily pre-operation equipment inspections.
o Report and document any maintenance issues.
o Follow all site safety protocols and company policies.
o Use PPE when handling chemicals or substances.
4. Workplace Organization
o Keep the warehouse clean and free of obstructions.
o Dispose of waste or debris safely and efficiently.
5. Administrative Tasks
o Maintain logs and basic PC data entry for shipment and receiving records.
Required Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years forklift operation experience (mandatory).
• Skills:
o RF scanner and pallet jack operation.
o Basic computer literacy (PCs, printers, data entry).
o Ability to read and follow written English instructions.
• Physical Requirements:
o Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted; occasionally heavier with help.
o Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
o Good hand-eye coordination and visual acuity.
o Must pass a standard physical exam.
Work Environment
• Indoor warehouse/distribution center.
• Exposure to chemicals and substances (PPE required).
• No exposure to blood, viruses, or lasers.
• No respirator use or animal handling involved.
• No travel required (0%).
Key Compliance Notes
• Forklift certification required or provided onsite.
• Adherence to OSHA and EHS safety guidelines.
• Weekly timesheet reporting (time in/out).

• Have at least 5 years of verifiable forklift and warehouse experience.

• Be comfortable with both manual labor and digital tracking systems (RF scanners, PC use).
