We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer for one of our premier consulting clients. This role focuses heavily on FastAPI backend development with opportunities to contribute across the stack.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild high-performance RESTful APIs using the FastAPI framework with async/await for scalable microservices.
Create and maintain API specifications using FastAPI's OpenAPI/Swagger features.
Develop backend modules, write automated tests, and support production deployments.
Integrate with external APIs and troubleshoot data or performance-related issues.
3+ years of Python development with hands-on FastAPI experience.
Strong foundation in async programming, Pydantic models, and dependency injection.
Proficient in SQL and NoSQL database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Solid understanding of CI/CD workflows and automation.
Strong grasp of JWT tokens, API security concepts, and RESTful architecture.
Experience with OAuth 2.0/OIDC authentication flows.
Familiarity with Ping Identity tools (PingFederate, PingOne, PingAccess).
Knowledge of FHIR interoperability standards.
Understanding of Material Design and MUI components.
Experience with React or Angular and frontend testing frameworks.
