The Role: HVAC Service Manager
The HVAC Service Manager is responsible for building, developing, and leading a high-performing HVAC Service department. You will coach, mentor, and grow a team of best-in-class technicians while ensuring the department hits its operational, financial, and customer-experience goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top-tier HVAC Service Technicians

• Lead, motivate, and inspire the team toward daily, weekly, and monthly goals

• Coach technicians on technical skill, communication, customer experience, and the Fix-It process

• Train and hold the team accountable to KPIs, quality standards, safety policies, and revenue goals

• Partner with Dispatch to ensure profitable and efficient dispatching

• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and 5-star service

• Work shoulder-to-shoulder in the field when needed; lead from the ground, not from an office

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience as a residential HVAC Service Technician

• Proven leadership or management experience

• High-energy leader who manages mindset, not excuses

• Passionate about growing people first and customers second

• Strong communication and coaching skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and strong with time management

• Tech-savvy; comfortable with Service Titan and Microsoft Office
