Job Title : Residential Security Agent

Location : San Francisco Bay Area (South Bay)

We are a highly selective, private security firm providing tailored protection for an exclusive family office in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are seeking exceptional Residential Security Agents to join our permanent, in-house team. While many roles in our industry are contract-based or temporary, this is a rare opportunity to join a stable, close-knit detail dedicated to one mission.

• Pay: $60 per hour.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Protective Operations : Provide 24/7 security to the family’s residence, maintaining a proactive and responsive security posture.

• Surveillance : Monitor security systems (cameras, alarms) to identify and neutralize potential risks before they arise.

• Access Control: rigorous management of guests, service personnel, and vendors with absolute discretion.

• Emergency Response : Swiftly execute SOPs during medical or security emergencies with a calm, professional demeanor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience : 3-5 years of residential security, military, or law enforcement experience.
• Licensing : Must possess a BSIS guard card and a BSIS firearms permit (or be able to obtain one within 6 months).
• Medical : CPR/First Aid/AED certification (or obtained within a reasonable period).
• Physical : Must be able to pass a physical ability test and maintain physical fitness standards.
• Background : Must pass an extensive background check, drug screening, and in-house training assessment.
